1. Ticket Types
1.1 Standard Tickets
- Eligible for refunds under our cancellation policy
- 10% processing fee applies to all refunds
1.2 Non-Refundable Tickets
- Absolutely no refunds under any circumstances
- Marked clearly during booking with "NON-REFUNDABLE" label
- Typically 15-20% cheaper than standard tickets
- No rescheduling allowed
By purchasing non-refundable tickets, you acknowledge and accept these restrictions.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Standard Tickets
- More than 24 hours before departure: 90% refund
- 6-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 6 hours: No refund
2.2 Non-Refundable Tickets
- No cancellations permitted
- No exceptions for medical/emergency situations
3. Important Exceptions
3.1 Operator Cancellations
- Standard tickets: 100% refund
- Non-refundable tickets: Travel voucher issued (valid 6 months)
3.2 Force Majeure
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
- Standard tickets: 100% refund
- Non-refundable tickets: 50% travel voucher
4. How to Identify
- Non-refundable tickets display NON-REFUNDABLE badge
- Require explicit checkbox confirmation during checkout
- Appear in red color in your booking confirmation
Before You Book Non-Refundable Tickets
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you choose non-refundable tickets, as we cannot make exceptions for:
- Medical emergencies
- Flight/train connections
- Personal emergencies
- Weather conditions
- Visa issues
